Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This policy explains how TradePay Reminder handles your personal data when you join our waitlist. It is written for users in the United Kingdom.

Who we are

TradePay Reminder ("we", "us", "our") is operated from the United Kingdom. We provide invoice reminder software for UK tradespeople.

For data protection queries, contact us at privacy@tradepay.info.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. We do not ask for your name or other personal details on this form.

Why we use your data

We use your email address to:

  • notify you when TradePay Reminder launches;
  • send early-access information and your one-month-free offer;
  • send occasional updates directly related to the waitlist or launch.

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing without separate consent.

Lawful basis

We process your email address based on your consent, which you give when you tick the consent box and submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist email addresses for up to 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete your data or unsubscribe — whichever is sooner. If you become a paying customer, different retention rules apply as described in our app terms at that time.

Where your data is stored

Your email is stored securely in our database, hosted by Supabase (Supabase Inc.). Data may be processed outside the UK; where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used in line with UK GDPR requirements.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Supabase — our database and hosting provider;
  • Email delivery providers — when we send you waitlist or launch emails.

These providers process data on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • object to processing or request restriction;
  • data portability, where applicable;
  • lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@tradepay.info.

Cookies

This waitlist page does not use non-essential cookies or tracking for advertising. If we add analytics or similar tools before launch, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated date below.

This policy is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice. If you are unsure about your obligations, seek independent legal advice. You may also need to register with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you process personal data as a UK business — see ico.org.uk.
